Don't Miss: Best Public Engineering Colleges
Hey Ajinkya,
It is difficult to get an admission in NIT, IIIT or GFTI with your marks. You can get admission in a private engineering college as in a government college even if you get an admission, you may not get a branch of your choice. You would have gone for the counselling and you know how it is. You can wait till the last round if you want but apply for all the private colleges you've thought of and if you're selected, take admission and don't keep waiting for the last round as till that time, the good private colleges may also have lower seats.

With this rank if you are from general category then it will be very difficult for you to get any good branch in any NIT, IIIT or GFTI. Even if you are able to get a seat then you might not be able to get your preferred branch although if you are from some other category then you can have a chance of getting a good branch at these colleges.
