Sorry but according to last year analysis you should score minimum of 110 to get into ait Pune

Availability of Seats

AIT offers 300 seats for Engineering Course commencing in July 2018 (120 seats in Computer Engineering, 60 seats each in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering,). Only wards of serving/retired Army personnel are eligible to apply for admission to AIT.

Eligibility Criteria

Children of serving/retired Army personnel are eligible. The parent should have completed minimum 10 years of service in the Army. Detailed eligibility criteria will be published in the Prospectus being made available in February 2018.

The candidate must fulfill the age criteria requirements as per JEE Main 2018:-

Qualification-Class XII or equivalent (appeared or passed) with compulsory subjects as Physics and Mathematics alongwith one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational Subject. Candidates should obtain at least 50% in the above combination subjects.

Should appear for JEE (Main) 2018 examination and have acquired appropriate/required ranking as per All India Ranking List published by CBSE for admission to Engineering Colleges. (Last years last admitted students All India Ranking was 1,06,970)..

Must be an Indian citizen, or a PIO who obtains Indian citizenship before admission

Entrance Examination

AIT admission is based on the All India Ranking obtained in the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE (Main) 2018). All applicants are therefore required to appear in JEE Main 2018 and also apply to AIT for Admission. Failing to fill up any one of the forms will lead to rejection of admission to AIT.

JEE (Main) Application Form

Candidates should apply for JEE Main 2018 Online in the month of December 2017. (Last date is 01 Jan 2018). Application form and the Information Bulletin are available on JEE(Main) website www.jeemain@nic.in. AIT does not deal with distribution of JEE Main forms and queries if any.

JEE Main 2018 will be conducted in the month of April 2018.

The applicants should then fill AIT online application on website www.aitpune.com wef 15 Mar 2018 after receipt of JEE (Main) Roll Number (Exam seat Number). Cost of Online application is Rs 500/-, inclusive of processing charges

Last date for submission of completed Application Form is 25 Apr 2018.

Admission at AIT, Pune, will tentatively take place within two weeks after the date of declaration of CBSE All India Rank. Admission schedule and Joining Instructions will be hosted on the AIT website www.aitpune.com in the month of Jun 2018.
