Hello Anukriti,
As per the given rank in JEE Mains and information about your reservation, you can expect a good college. But their is no guarantee that you will get any NIT or IIIT. However trends may change and you could grab a seat in the respective colleges. Apply for the JoSAA and CSAB Counseling. Hope the best!
