The category rank is determined by various factors such as total number of candidates appeared, total number of candidates belonging to your category that appeared for JEE Main, top score in the entrance test, least score in the entrance test etc. As the category rank rank depends on these factors it is not possible to predict the exact rank. However, you can expected a rank in between 4000-8000. This is an estimated rank. The original rank that you actually secure might be different from the predicted rank.
