Comprehensive Guide: IIT's | NIT's | IIIT's
Yes, you must be eligible for decent level NITs and IIITs if not the top ranked ones. You won't be able to fetch branches like CSE, IT but you can certainly get decent branches. If you can look for Home State quota, then you might get even better options. B.Tech/B.Arch Admissions OPEN
Hi
Yes you can get. Don't be so disheartened. You can get a seat through CSAB Spot Round even in the mediocre NITs like NIT Raipur and so on if you search a little and put the options wisely. Definitely go through the vacancy statistics and apply for IIITs and NITs which have a home state quota seat for you. Do not expect to get good NITs or trending branches. This rank can prove helpful if you can apply your home state quota here or if you belong to the North-East NITs.
You can always check the same about NITs Cutoff for Top B.Tech Branches in a greater detail through this link: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/nits-cutoff-for-top-btech-branches.
You have to chose and fill the options carefully.
Best of Luck.
Hope this helps.
Cheers!

May you get one but it is really a lot difficult even to expect seat in NIT or IIIT with that rank being in general category. But it also depends upon number of applicants in csab and if there are less opting for this csab seats then I'm sure that you will get a good one.Maybe it would be a difficult one but has more chances to get a seat.Better not expect a superb seat it maybe a so so seat.
