As you have Sc category may be it would help you.
But at this rank your chances of getting CS looks not possible.
So do apply for Jossa counseling and then for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and wait till last round of Csab counseling.

Well its disheartening to inform you that with this rank even under schedule caste category you cannt got seat into any reputed institution of engineering like national institute of technology or indian institute of information technology as they have very high cutoffs for a schedule caste student to get into nits he or she should have a rank below 5k and if you are hoping for computer science branch then you should try rank below 1k .
