For admission into NITs, you need to attend the JoSAA counselling. Since JoSAA conducts counselling on the basis of JEE Main score, you need to first qualify the required cutoff as per your category. Below I have provided 2019 JEE Main cutoff (percentile) category wise -
Now, if you are qualified then you need to attend the JoSAA counselling inorder to get a seat in NITs. But with your rank it will be hard to a get a seat. Better attend the counselling and see which colleges and branches are you getting. About admission in COEP and PICT, both the colleges accept JEE Main score but they don't participate in JoSAA counselling. For these colleges you need to attend MHT-CET CAP counselling session where they take admissions on the basis of one's JEE Main score/rank.
