Given your JEE Mains EWS rank of 14,000, getting CSE in any of the top NITs or IIITs is going to be difficult. However, you might be able to get into newer or lower ranked NITs/IIITs, or branch CSE-related branches such as IT, Software Engineering or Data Science, which are not as competitive.

These are some of the possiblities:

1. NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya (CSE or computer related branches)
2. IIITs like IIIT Bhagalpur, IIIT Bhopal, IIIT Kalyani

These are the factors that can affect your chances:

• Home state quota
• Category seat variations every year
• Round number (chances can increase in further rounds)
