My jee mains percentile is 88.6425 Home state Rajasthan category OBC-NCL My Cat. Rank is -38233 and I score 43 marks in jee advanced 2019

Hey Harsh, hope you are doing well. Sorry to disappoint you but at this category rank it is somewhat difficult to get into NITS. If you belong to home state category of north eastern NITS like Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Agartala then there are chances otherwise not. As far as jee advance is concerned your score is quite on lower side and if you are not able to clear minimum section cutoff marks then it is not possible to get into IITs. Nevertheless please wait for cutoffs to be out. Hope it helps!! Good luck!!
