As you secured 73 percentile and considering you have the benefit of sc category reservation let me tell you that itts difficulty to get any of the NITs /IIITs so i would suggest that you should go with some of the GFTIs like -
Although it also depends upon the cut offs which further depends upon certain conditions like choices filled by the candidates, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
