According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs with CSE branch but yes you can get some of the NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Meghalaya and likewise provided that you deserves Home state quota for them as per previous year's cut-offs. But yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission in CSE branch on such ranks.
