I got 87 percentile in jee mains 2022 my category rank ( obc) is 35146. can i get any nit,iiit with cse branch ?

According to previous year cutoffs and your rank it's very difficult to get any branch like CSE,ECE etc in IIITs or NITs in JOSAA Counselling but you can try for CSAB Counselling and in CSAB Counselling CRL Rank is counted.
However, you can use college predictor for more collages :-
