The cutoffs depends on factors like previous year trends, seats available for each branch which may vary with different colleges, the number of students who have applied etc. CSE is a highly demanded branch and with this rank it really difficult to get a government seat according to previous year cutoffs. Even among private college top ones are doubtful but since you belong to MP domicile , under home state quota you may get a decent college. You have to attend the counselling and see. You may however try for  other good branch in engineering like ECE ,Civil,Mechanical etc in decent colleges
