Josaa counselling won't do you much good as the closing cutoff for almost all the colleges in it is below 1 lakh CRL. Students get some home state NIT or GFTI with your rank too, but they are generally from North eastern states of India.

Your best option would be to explore private engineering colleges accepting jee mains score. Check out the link below to explore such options.
