IIITs rank among the top institutes of the country and CSE is the most sought after course in IIITs. Hence, the cut-off for CSE in IIITs is very high. So based on your rank, even with an SC quota, you will not be able to get admission in CSE. Don't worry you can try for other government and private colleges.

Hey dear as per your sc category ranking and previous year cutoff the chances of you to get IIITs are low as there cutoff are below 10,000. Cutoff of some IITs are -

1. IIIT  manipur                10286 ( ENTc)

2. IIIT  kottayam               8929 (cs)

3. IIIT ranchi                      94442(ENTc)
