I have answered a very similar question very recently so i will try to answer this question in similar way.

Firstly let us try to find your common rank on your percentile which is 96.24. If we analyze some previous year cutoff then we will find that your general rank will be somewhere between 38465 - 43240.

Now as you know chances are always there that predicted rank can vary from the actual rank because it depends on various factors like number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of paper etc.

Now as you have mentioned that you are from OBC category then if we try to find your category rank by doing some more analysis on past years OBC rank vs percentile then we will find that your OBC rank will be somewhere around 11,000.

After these analysis, let us see what are the best options for you.

• IIIT Sri city - CSE
• IIIT Nagpur - CSE
• IIIT Vadodara - CSE
• IIIT Kurnool - CSE
• IIIT Una - CSE
• IIIT Ranchi - CSE

Now as you can see there are no NITs in the list and reason is you have asked for CSE and IT branch only and for these branches, there is high competition so cutoff goes high and seats get full at the rank below 20,000.
