Hello, Hbtu Kanpur comes under top college of Up and placement wise it is a very good college since cutoff for CS branch are very high and as you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category and at this rank you can't get Cs in Hbtu Kanpur even if you apply for counseling and wait till last round chances looks not possible.

As you have not mentioned your category I am considering it as General.According to previous year Round 4 cutoffs and trends the closing general rank of Computer Science in HBTI Kanpur is 25k but your rank is far from that hence it would be impossible for you to get the admission.
