Hello, as you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category and there are many colleges in Orissa which accepts Jee mains marks for admission like Nit Rourkela, Siksha 'O' Anusandhan Bhubaneswar.

At this rank your chances of getting CS in Nit Rourkela looks not possible as it comes under top Nit of India and cutoffs are very high especially for CS branch.

At 300000 rank in JEE mains you can't get a government college but you can go for a private college and you will definitely get a CSE on private college as private college's provide you a option to choose field based on their seats not on your rank .
