Unfortunately you cannot convert SDM college of engineering Dharwad for CS or IS branch.

You can only convert Chemical engineering branch.

Chnaces for CS IS engineering is good for following :

KLe Institute of Technology
CMr institute of technology
Reva University
Basaveshwar engineering college.
