You have not mentioned which category you belongs to, so I'm considering it as General Category and giving information based on it. Cu t-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like

>>Number of students appeared in the exam

>>Category

>> Difficulty level of the exam

>> Number of seats available, etc.

It is difficult to get BNYS government seat for your KCET Rank, based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get free seat then try for Management quota seats.
