Hi Suman,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a CSE seat in Acharya Institute Of Technology with a rank of 38k, though you belong to OBC 3B category. Previous year the cutoff rank for 3BG category in AIT was 20,522. This year it will definitely decrease than previous year. So you have no chance to get CSE in AIT. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
