Hi Gautham,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat for CSE in MS Ramaiah Institute Of Technology with a rank of 9650. Cse is a high in demand branch and as you also know that MS Ramaiah is one of the top institutes in Karnataka. If you secure a rank below 1000, then you have a chance to get CSE in MSRIT. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
