With 33000 rank in B pharma in KCET, it is not possible to get into a any of the government pharmacy colleges. They generally take in students from the top cream of ranks.

Even getting into some top private institutes is increasingly difficult as your rank is not that promising at all and the private colleges don't consider quota reservation as well.

However, you may look into Second tier private institutes that may admit you. If this doesn't work, you may look for admission through Management Quota, although that may be some burden on the family's finance as private institutes charge way lot.

The key factor that you should look for is whether  you have good placement prospects when you graduate from the college or university.
