You have secured 18545 rank in keam and want to pursue Computer science and engineering in college of engineering chenganoor. so looking at the previous year cutoffs the previous year cutoffs for cse branch it was

11967 in Year 2017
9736 in year 2016

so there is very least chance of your getting admission in cse at college of engineering Chenganoor.
