As per the instructions available in the VITEEE ORPE instructions and guidelines booklet it is mandatory to appear for first mock test and second mock test to appear for actual exam. If you do not appear for second mock test then you might not be able to appear for VITEEE 2021 actual exam. So you need to take a decision based on your priority if KIITEE is the institute in which you are interested to seek admission then you should appear for KIITEE as the actual test is on May 25, 2021. But we would also suggest you to contact VITEEE helpdesk notify your issue to know if you can appear for actual VITEEE exam without appearing for second mock test.
