Though as far as I know, you can get it corrected during the counseling I will suggest that you try contacting NEET helplines as soon as possible otherwise it might create an issue for you during the exam. They will be able to guide you with this problem.

look now a days neet exams are v strict so u might face a problem .But i suggest You to change your adhar card spelling other option is to fill form again next year
