I just updated my phone number in Adhaar but I registered my neet with the Adhaar that had my old phone number will this cause any problem later?

Yes you may face issues in future . You must update your phone number which is updated in your aadhar card.
Anyways you may edit it during the correction window process of neet ug application form. It will be there in the second week of April .
The candidates can make changes for important informations such as nane, date of birth, mother's nake, father's name, roll number, aadhar number, date of application, phone number etc .
