As you haven't mentioned your category hence I am considering here for general category . You have secured 453 marks in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test. Hence there are no changes of getting into government medical colleges rather you can opt for the private medical colleges . if you are a general category student it is not possible for you to get admission in a government medical college for mbbs. The cut off is expected to be more than 550 in almost all the colleges and higher than last year. So your chances are very less. You can either take admission in dental, ayurveda or homeopathy courses or take admission in private college.
