If I consider previous years data, then there are good chance for you to land up in good government medical college. As per your rank, you can get-

Motilal Nehru Medical College, Allahabad
Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College
Baba Raghav Das Medical College, Gorakhpur
Government Medical College, Kannauj
Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow
