yes, there is a chance to get admission in a government College by scoring 553 in neet 2019. Every year it depends on the cut off marks. And this year for UR candidates the cut off marks is 701-134. And for OBC,SC-ST the cut off marks is 133-107. If you are a UR candidate then you can easily get admission in a government College.
