If we go by the previous year data then you don't have a very good chance of getting any Government medical college in Bihar with the 85% state qouta.
Last year the last rank to get admission in any Government medical college in sc category was 102617.
The candidate was allotted Government medical college, Bettiah.

hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even the students getting 500 were confused about their colleges.Since you have mentioned that the 1st cutoff is 426 , so you marks are near to 416 ,therefore you may have chance in 2nd or 3rd counselling for sure,so stay tuned to counselling ,all the best.
