As you have mentioned that your MAT percentile is 49.38, with this score, I am very sorry to tell you that you might have a less chances to make it into some of the best institutes. But don't lose your hope as these are just the assumptions and nothing can be determined accurately until the actual cut off is released. Make sure to apply and appear for all the Counselling sessions.
