You should definitely get Mechanical at Manipal since last year closing rank was 6138. Electronics and Communication Engineering closing rank was 4954 so there may or may not be a chance in this branch depending on this year's cutoff. 

Apart from Mechanical you can definitely get into Mechatronics, Civil, Biotechnology, Biochemical, Instrumentation as closing ranks of these branches are much higher (bigger in number) than Mechanical.
