As per the Rules, Your name should be same as On ID proof But as Aadhar card is Not compulsory so If You have any ID proof which has the same name as on Your Marksheet then I think You should write Your Name as per class 12th, and I think You will be having student ID card with the same Name, therefore, it should Not create any Problem.

Give the name which is in 10th/12th certificate and apply for the correction of name of  the aadhar as early as possible and get it done before all your examination.See you can change you details of aadhar by going to the office that is in each and every block i.e Pragya kendra of your block but if you will try to change the name in your educational certificate it would be big problem for you.So change the name of aadhar.
