In adhaar card my name is lohia and in 10th & 12th marksheet my name is lohiya so what should I do as only few days are left for neet form?

Dear Kratika, I would suggest you to enter your father's details according to your 12th Documents. That should not be a problem. Even if you go by 10th Documents, it is fine as you have proof of both the Documents. But it always advisable to go with the Documents that have the full name along with the Surname.
