Hi there.

This won't work , as you must have same name in both the certificate of boards . You will face criticism when you will go for documents verification before counseling . So you must do something about that . Also you can try and apply for the corrections in your certificate by apply as soon as possible without wasting time .

As the name is important factor you must try for change of name.
