Hello actually my name in 10th marksheet & 12th CBSE marksheet is different so will it cause any problem during Neet counselling or further

Dear Shivam, an affidavit should solve this problem ideally. I remember getting an affidavit done for me when my educational documents had my surname but professional documents had my dad's last name. For my passport to avoid any issues I got an affidavit done and it wasn't a problem for me. The same applies to educational purposes too. So get please get an affidavit done.
