I am here to help you with your question. Shortlist contains the names of all those students who scored more than cutoff and get qualified. If your name is not in shortlist then it means you are not get qualified and can't attend counseling. Only those shortlisted students will be called for counseling. So you can't get jimper college without qualifying. Another way is there are 6 seats reserved for OCI/NRI candidates but the fee will be more than 55lakhs.
Don't be disappointed there will be so many other ways opened for so you look at them.
