You have good chances of getting a seat through management quota in private colleges in Tamil Nadu. The problem is only that you will have to pay a huge amount of money in addition to your fees. The chances are less of getting a government quota seat in private college. Last year the cutoff was higher and it may increase this year. But you can easily get management quota seat in private colleges. I am listing some of  the colleges and their cutoff of last year:

Velammal Medical College among others. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
