Yes you can get admission if you are looking for government colleges like bhu.

One of the good  and oldest college in India
As you are interested in bams then 464 marks is fine for it.
Although this year cutoff goes higher .
As if  up is your  domicile state  then yes you may  get admission .
So participate in state  quota NEET ug counseling  process  for ayush  as per the dates .
As per my knowledge  your chances are more fair in state  quota counseling process.
In all India  allottement you may get the chance as no. Of candidates participating in exam are more therefore the completion is also very difficult and high.
That's why  im suggesting you to go for the state quota counseling.

Frankly the competition has really gone very high this year but as its a private aided so as per the last year cut of you have the decent chances og getting BAMS in bhanaras university, but if in case miss in the 1st round but you would get in the second round
