With an AIQ rank of 673243 and ST category rank of 27479, the chances of getting an MBBS seat in a Government Medical College in Maharashtra are very low. ST candidates do have relaxed cutoffs, but usually, the cutoff for ST in government colleges is under 1.5–2 lakh. You may try for private colleges under ST quota or wait for mop-up rounds.

Hello

Chances are very low, even under the ST category.

In Maharashtra, government medical colleges for ST category generally close around 150-250 marks (approx. 2-3 lakh AIR) depending on the year.

Your AIQ rank (6.7 lakh) and ST rank (27,479) are much higher than the usual cutoff.

With this rank, MBBS in government medical college (Maharashtra) is very unlikely. You should strongly consider AYUSH / paramedical courses or prepare again for NEET.
