If I consider the previous year data .Then you have negligible chances of getting admission in any of the government colleges in bihar even through state quota . Previous year last rank admitted for a general candidate under state quota was 11253 for Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzzafarpur.and corresponding mark was 533. So as per previous year data you have no chances more over cutoffs are expected to rise this year. I would suggest you to look out for a goverment college through all india counselling. There are certain states where cutoffs are usually lesser. Or you can go for a private college .

The Bihar cut off of NEET will be released by BCECEB for 85% state quota seats. Candidates who want to secure government medical college through Bihar mbbs admission will be competing for 782 seats approximately.
According to the 2018 counselling details the unreserved neet air rank was 9959 for the government colleges.
And for private colleges the unreserved rank was 19492.

Yeah Probably you have good Chances for getting admission in Colleges For B.DS in Bihar with This rank but i am not sure about MBBS you may get seat but chances are depends upon n.o candidate Applied for Particular colleges and Who has more Better rank than you.So wait for Final List.
