As the allotment of seats in medical colleges in India are done on the state quota or domicile basis, you will have to specify your domicile to get accurate results. With 426 marks it is bit difficult to get any seat in any of the states as the cutoff generally lies above 500 marks in all the states for general category.
You will have to try in private self financing colleges or private colleges only.
