Last year two to three colleges had cutoff less than your score in your category. IF we consider previous year cutoffs are not going to very much then you may get a seat. But the cutoff do varies and it may increase this year. So there is chance but you are not fully assured of getting a seat in government college with this score. ANM Medical College and Hospital Gaya - cutoff score of 2018 for SC candidates 380

Government Medical College Bettiah - 370

Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College Bhagalpur - 380

Vardhaman Institute of Medical Sciences Nalanda - 371 marks

Patna Dental College and Hospital - 360 marks

I see very less chances of yours to get a seat in Bihar under government medical college. And even under 85% state quota and with category it's really difficult for you to get a seat . Cut offs are really high the minimum marks seat fill up for MBBS for SC category students was around 429 . I hope this was helpful.
