As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With general category and 563 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota as cutoffs are likely to go higher this year.
But, based on previous years cutoff you have high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state through state quota. Some of the colleges you might get-

• Government Medical College, Ambedkarnagar-previous cutoff:535 marks
• Baba Raghav Das Medical College, Gorakhpur:544 marks
• Maharani Laxmi Bai Medical College, Jhansi:543 marks
