Dear aspirant
If you have 124 marks in neet and you eant admission in deemed colleges management quota, then you have chances and you can get admission. You can try for private colleges also.

Well, if this is your rank, why are you even trying for management seats. I think, you mean to say, NEET score. Well, at this score, there are slight chances in management quota.

I think you mean to say that you have scored 124 marks? If this is the scenario then you can get a seat in private and deemed medical college through management quota, for that you have to pay extra money.i hope this information helps you.

The chances are less to get in DEEMED with this rank even chances are less to get in government colleges also.

On the other hand the chances are less to get in the Private colleges
