The cut off for OBC category is high and with your score, the chances of getting a government medical college will be very low in Kerala or Tamil Nadu. You can check the cut off for private colleges, and apply there if you are eligible.

Sorry dear but based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in any medical college is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private and deemed medical colleges. I hope this information helps you.
