You don't have a good score in NEET 2019. If you belong to the general category then you cannot get MBBS in both government and private colleges. If you belong to any category like SC or ST then you have some chance of getting MBBS in private colleges. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
