Your NEET score is quite low for admission in a government medical college. Also, for a private one. A minimum of 420-40+ NEET score is required for admission in a private medical Institute if you're a general category candidate. But if you belong to a reserved category, then you have chances of getting a seat in private medical college. But a government one, won't be possible with a score of 316.
