Hello Hardi
With a score of 360 in NEET, you cannot get a seat in a government medical college if you're a general category candidate. But if you belong to a reserved category, then you have good chances of getting admission in a government college for MBBS as per last year's cutoff for admission. As you haven't mentioned your category-, so it would be difficult to predict the colleges that you can get on the basis of your NEET result.
For admission in self financed medical Institutes, a minimum of 420+ is required for general category candidates. Whereas for the reserved category ones, score of 320+ as per last year's cutoff for admission.
However, the cutoff for admission changes every year depending upon total number of applicants, total number of seats available under state quota and related such.

Dear, though there is an increase in the number of seats in the state, you have no possible chances for govt college. And as you belong to general category, your chances of getting a self financed college for MBBS are less because of your low NEET score. The rest you'll come to know only after the final notification of the cutoff for admission in various colleges of Gujarat.
